Terms and Conditions
Last Updated: October 18, 2026
Welcome to our website. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase of 3D-printed products from our online store. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Shipping Policy
Geographic Scope: We currently only ship to destinations within the United States (USA). We are working on expanding our scope.
Production vs. Shipping Time: Because our products are 3D printed, please note that Production Time (1-3 days) is separate from Shipping Time (as per USPS). Estimated delivery dates shown at checkout include both windows, but are subject to minor delays depending on printing queues.
2. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
- 30-Day Window: We offer a 30-day return and exchange window from the date your package is marked as delivered. These are subject to a refund request and approval through the contact form. Depending on the nature of the request, we may replace the item or give a refund.
- Eligible Items: Standard catalog items may be returned or exchanged if they are unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging.
- Custom and Personalized Prints: Any item custom-made to your specifications, printed using customer-uploaded models, or personalized with unique text/colors cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded after the mock-ups were approved by you unless the item arrives functionally defective or damaged during transit.
- Return Shipping: Unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
3. 3D Printing Manufacturing Characteristics & Disclaimers
- Inherent Aesthetic Variations: Although we aim to design for maximum quality, 3D printing (additive manufacturing) builds objects layer by layer. You acknowledge that minor visual variations, including visible layer lines, tiny surface blemishes, slight color variations, and support structure remnants, are normal characteristics of the manufacturing process and are not considered product defects.
- Material Limitations:
- Heat Sensitivity: Common 3D printing filaments (such as PLA) can warp, deform, or melt when exposed to high temperatures (e.g., left inside a hot car, placed near radiators, or washed in a dishwasher). We are not responsible for damage caused by improper environmental exposure.
- Safety Restrictions: Unless explicitly specified otherwise in the product description, our 3D-printed items are not food-safe, not medically certified, and not intended as toys for infants or young children due to the potential risk of small parts breaking off and posing a choking hazard.
4. Customer-Submitted Intellectual Property (Custom Orders)
If we design a custom 3D model (.STL, .OBJ, etc.) for you based on your request, you agree that we own the intellectual property rights. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any copyright or trademark infringement claims resulting from your design submissions.
5. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability to you for any product defect, failure, or breach of these terms is strictly limited to the purchase price of the item paid by the customer.
